What we actually sell

New goods. Nothing we sell contains recovered, reclaimed or previously used bathroom material of any kind — not the apparel, not the drinkware, not the print, not the food, not the paper. The name is a joke and the homepage plays it straight for a few seconds. Every claim printed next to a price is true.

What we accept from you

Links to videos or photos you have made. That is the whole list. We do not accept mail. Nothing physical, used or otherwise, should be sent to us — anything that arrives is discarded unopened, and we may refuse or discard any submission for any reason.

Shipping

United States only. Shipping cost is included in the price shown — there is no separate charge at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and typically arrive in 5–10 business days. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order we will contact you to offer either your consent to the delay or a full refund, as federal mail-order rules require.

Refunds — first order, keep the goods

If you do not like your first order, email hello@webuyusedtoiletpaper.com and we refund it in full. You keep what arrived; there is nothing to send back. One per customer. It applies to a first order only, not to subscription renewals.

We honour this on the first 50 orders that ask for it. That number is fixed here rather than decided later by us in a bad mood. After it is reached, this page will say so.

Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded regardless of any cap and regardless of whether it is your first order.

Repeating deliveries

Where a product offers a repeating delivery, the price and the interval are shown on the product page and again in your cart before you pay. You are charged automatically at that interval until you cancel. Cancel by replying to any order email or writing to hello@webuyusedtoiletpaper.com — no phone call, no retention script, no form to hunt for. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a delivery already sent, though the refund policy above may still apply.

The buyback

Entering is free. Everyone accepted receives a certificate, a Hall of Fame entry and store credit toward a first order of $10. Entries are made by video or photo link only; nothing is mailed to us. By entering you allow us to show your submission and your first name publicly. US residents aged 18 and over. Full campaign rules go out with the confirmation email.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
